The aim of this research to isolate and identification anthocyanin from grape skin. Grape skin crude material was macerated by variation of solvent (metanol p.a, etanol 95% and water containing 1% hydrochloride acid). Extracted by thin layer chromatography using silica gel F254 as stationary phase and variation eluen there are Forestal= HCl-acetic acid-water (3:30:10), n-buthanolacetic acid glacial-water (4:1:5), Format=HCl-formic acid (2:5:3), ethyl aceticacetic acid glacial-formic acid-water (10:1,1:1,1:2,6), and n-buthanol-acetic acid glacial-water (5:1:1) as mobile phase.
